Meet our clinicians
Pennsylvania Better Sleep helps adults sleep again with CBT-I, short for cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia. It is a talk therapy, usually six to eight weekly sessions, that resets your sleep schedule and quiets the habits and worries keeping you up.
Most patients see their clinician by secure video from home, anywhere in Pennsylvania. A limited number of clinicians also see patients in person in Philadelphia.
